I was writing a blog entry about Foley Hall at St.Mary of the Woods College that I attended in 1969. I wanted to find a song about Smwc and found this video and song by James McMurtry. I am so impressed by your performance. I have watched the other hoop performances and this is my favorite. It is incredible how your subtle movements make the hoop glide. It actually is a perfect song for hooping in my opinion. Thank you for sharing this.

That is a rare talent, compliments!!! The mistakes only makes it more real and impressive! Really, great stuff!!

Watching this again after a long time and I just have to laugh every time the hoop goes flying, it's so comical. So typical of my practice that my most blissful moments are punctuated by strikes to my ear and the hoop shattering against the wall. Watching it though, I can still "feel" how good it felt to move that day.
