Here is my honey bee cp3 after replacing the horizontal axis and the slight damage which occurred when checking it afterwards, I had a wee accident, noo it goes right instead of left and left instead of right, perhaps a bit more adjusting needed

  • Should this be my first heli??? I only flew micro co-axial ones.....

  • @filip500filip hi, this is a good choice, parts are easy to obtain, not too expensive and upgrades readily available, as a rule the bigger the heli the easier to fly but you can pick this one up for under 100 if you shop around

  • i have managed to fix it noo and it is just as good as before, only cost £4 for the main axis and aboot 30 mins

  • The rotor blades go left instead or right VV ?

    Or

The helicopter goes left instead of right whie infllight?, if this is the problem you need to reverse the servos, do this by moving the AIL tab down on the transmitter, this should reverse the way the servo's move and it should then work fine.

  • @WebsterFlyers thanks, will give that a go, its the whole chopper that goes left instead of right or vice versa, going to have another look and see if i can get it sorted myself

  • @minititan100 when i manage to fix it after crashing its usualy doon to just taking it apart carerfuly and keeping a careful eye of how i take it apart, then its just doon to some adjusting when back together, so far i have always managed to repair and i recommend trying home repairs, even if you fail its still good practice

  • @bazrichi tried that, no joy, going to take it into philsmodels to see what he has to say

  • idle up by any chance the switch on the top left hand side of the transmiter

  • i just underestimated how much power i applied, it shot back into the table and bent the horizontal axis, managed to replace it easy enough, now it just needs a bit more adjusting to make it fly a bit better, the bruise on my arm was caused when i accidentaly flicked a switch when checking the props and it shot into my arm

  • what happend? never mind at least you fixed it it can fly circuts hover do whatever i want the only thing i cant do is fix the dam thing strangly
