What was so funny about this? Also, been handcuffed and been arrested is different. If he was arrested he would have got a criminal file and would probably lose his job as a teacher. The description is wrong. And no, putting arrested in quote don't change anything. It was not a fake arrest as no 'fake' paper work where filled.
