@stigmanful NEITHER ! they are both very large and strong preditors, i have always loved lions AND tigers. And yes tiger are heavier and more muscular, but lions are faster and still have just as much ferocity, so it's never a sure thing. Once I saw a video of a couger thrashing the shit out of a grizzly bear, but the bear is obviously stronger and heavier. Either the lion or the tiger could win the fight, when the stats are this close it depends on the animals character.

Physically the tiger is bigger, stronger and heavier thatn the lion. The male lion is born to be a fighter, that's his job: fighting other lions. The lion is a much more experienced fighter. It would be 50/50 in any case for a fight to the death. There have been reports of lions killing tigers and vice versa...
