I would ask you about one thing you stated. You repeat the claim, often made, that the Iraq war was about oil. Then you claim the US now "controls" Iraqi oil. What do you mean "controls"? What do we control -- the price?

Doesn't most Iraq crude still go to Eurasia as before the war?

If we control Iraqi oil as you say why don't we use it to decrease our dependency on the Saudis? So does the USA control this oil or not and if not why not if that was our real reason for the war?

I would submit the oil thing is more about the Dollar than anything, really. Iran started using the Euro in 2000. That could not stand. If it was Oil, where is it?

I was in the military and left because I knew they were lying in order to start a war. If the leaders had been truthful about why this was necessary (given that it was necessary in the first place), I likely would have stayed in. They broke my trust. And everything I've seen them do since then has only increased my distrust and resentment of the federal government, especially in regards to the Pentagon and inteligence agencies.
