OMG SO HARD...
The software is called GlovePIE. Download it and run the script called DrummerKit in the WiimoteScripts folder (comes with the program).

Yes you need a bluetooth adapter, you can buy a USB one for like $30 at BestBuy. I just got one. You'll need GlovePIE (a programmable application for input) or Wii Drum Machine (a dedicated drum machine for Wiimotes) to do this.

look up programming code on the net.... bluetooth programming code. once you connect to a device, tell the code what you want your system to do.
