ok then, but in my opinion you should have recorded the Marvin "Smitty" Smith video with line ine, since this video here shows only the hi hat. and concerning the soundquality, you could simply upoad a HD video. sure i will check them out by myself when they are avalible. but i was just wondering because the are so many videos for the AE cymbals on youtube, but no real demo so far. except for the hi hat in this vid, it was always the cam mic catching the sounds.
@DayneJee The cymbal sounds =are= direct line in. What kind of sonic quality are you expecting from a YouTube video with crunched compressed audio, playing through your tinny computer speakers? (Even with that, I can hear the different sounds on my iMac.)
If you want a "real" sound demo, wait 'till they're in the stores this summer, go to your dealer, slip on a pair of cans and play them for "real." This video is intended for people who might not "already understand how the system works."
