This is a Great tough Work Out targeting your upper Chest. If you think you can do it, give it a try. Strong core and upper body needed.

Focus on going all the way down keeping your CORE tight at all times. Doing that will avoid the ball from slipping away from you.

10 Reps on Regular Push ups / 10 Reps on Wide Push ups.
5 Sets / 1 Minute Rest

If you can do more than 10. Do 12 reps Max.
Stretching & Warming up before doing this excercise is recommended!
Enjoy.

Thumbs up for this great Ab Work Out
This Work out requires strong upper & lower body. Your core is what given you the stability you need to maintain stable throughout the workout.

If you don't use your core the ball will slip off your feet.

Intermediate: 3 = 6-8
