The Worldwide Laser card cutting system features a 100 watt Co2 laser and galvo head beam delivery the laser cutting system which can cut patterns up to 10 x 10 square the system also features a custom focus optic which allows for the large cutting area and very small spot size so extremely fine detail and designs can be laser cut
The laser cutting system features pneumatic controlled suction cups and arms to pick up the paper from a loading tray, place in the cutting tray and finally after laser cutting into an unload tray the system can be pre loaded with up to 5,000 cards or pieces of stock of virtually any thickness and can cut up to 1000 cards per hour.
