Kelly Clarkson across the years and her weight gain. In 2002 Kelly Clarkson weighed about 120 pounds (54kg) and now, in 2009 she weighs about 180 pounds (81kg). The causes for her weight gain were: poor diet and she don't like to do exercises. Besides this, Kelly loves food, especially fast food and candies. She gained about 60 pounds (27 kg).

  • No offense, only fat people say there's nothing wrong with being fat. You know you wish you were a healthier weight! Maybe not thin but atleast be able to tell the difference between your ass and your thigh! Or have calves and ankles and not cankles! If you're offended you probably need to diet. I knew I needed to so I did and I'm still dropping and adding muscle. Quit being defensive and do something about your weight!

  • "Nom Nom Nom" is the name of her next hit song.

And seemingly did not loose weight. What worked was literally changing my diet, and working out HARDER. Additionally, I work out far more then even my skinny friends who eat about the same, so that is why I urge you to not give universal advise. Every person has a regiment that works, and it is not A typical.

Complete bullshit. Unless you are a nutritionist, stop spouting out uninformed information. Every individual is different, and if youre going to assert "science" as your method of validating your argument, provide scientific articles and documents to prove yourself.

Regardless, there are certain foods that aid in increasing your metabolism and exercise is only as good as your diet. I for instance power walk 1 and half hours a day at least 5 days a week, as well as do elliptical,

  • well it's 2012 and i think she looks like where she should be.

  • damn, im 5 11 and i weight 200
