I pitch myself and I can tell you if she drops her hands back (does a racer start) and explodes off the mound (pushes harder with her legs) she'll pick up speed. Also, if she drags her back leg it will bring her strike rate up.

DAMN!!! she is good but if this were a game it would be an illegal pitch. u must present the ball before starting your motion. but that is a super easy fix. so just dont lose your drive, keep working hard, and u will go places.
