Ofcource zer R many mistakes done by ze present Etho. gov´mnt for e.g. the ethnics politics.But the facts on the ground-I mean the mega agricultaral & industrial projects; ze construction of huge dams (like zis one)almost on all the great rivers&lakes of the country(on some rivers 2-3 dams at once);the development done on all spheres;by this gov´mnt should be hounestely & greately admired.LETS BE HONEST & RATIONAL.

This dam failed the feasibility test. Like many projects TPLF proposes, it was stupid to build this dam there and that's why World Bank denied the funds.
But TPLF took tax money of Ethiopians and built it anyway. I mean, so long as the dam is in Tigray, who cares right?
Those of you non-woayne folks who think this was a good project, do a little research.
