i had stopped taking my prenatal vitamins for a while then i put my self on flinstones cause they where making me sick n my doctor didnt do anything bout it but even though i wasnt taking them really my son came out 8.5 so i dont think it was so much u not taking the vitamins ithink it was something u just couldnt do anything ur about but from me not talking my prenatal vitamins my iron dropped n i had to take iron pills and prenatal well in my case flinstones

You think that's expensive. My prenatals (CitraNatal, I think) were $150 for a 3 mo. supply. After my baby was born and I started b'feeding, I switched to a regular store brand.

What you are saying is so true, because with my first daughter, I was young and dumb and I didnt take my prenatal vitamins and now she is 15in a half and has low blood (anemia) but with my other 2 younger children I took my vitamins and they don't have anemia! So I think you know what you are talking about!!
