i love his speed

@Reathalack Yeah, your right :) its sad that we havent so much training throws of them
-
@Hammerlit No, unfortuneately I haven't seen any of them :( But I would love too. I've just done some research and studied hammer technique for a while. As I throw hammer myself, I love to study and compare the two greatest hammer throwers of all time :) That's what I like about hammer, you can practise technique in your head when not training, just by studying throwers on youtube and stuff like that :)

@Reathalack lol you seen my father and Sedykh? but they bouth were not so strong like the throwers today :)
-
@Hammerlit It's identical to the fact that both are extremely good. I just think that Sedykh had a little better technique and that your father was slightly stronger, thus throwing almost as far.
-
@Reathalack Ok i just wondering, because for me its seems identical.
-
@Hammerlit In my opinion (and remember that this is my opinion) Sedykh lands earlier after all three of his single-support phases and therefore has longer double-support phases. I Also think Sedykh overall have better form and a better position before using his right side to give force into the hammer when starting his double-support phase. He is also in perfect balance.
This is all based on his 5th round throw from ECH Stuttgart 1986 of course. All of his throws are obviously not perfect.

@Reathalack I must ask, where is it a lot better? tell me the difference of these 2 throws.
-
@Reathalack sure but i like this throw better because its more explosive. Sedykh is amazing its hard too choose one of there throws
