this movie really affected me. in one scene, the mafia guy is about to kill someone and his boss tells him "don't kill him. let his fear live and spread because without fear, our power has no value," and after that the guy is let go and he runs away. i laughed and said what an idiot but now after maturing in age, i understand. you want confrontation to make your position more visible and valid in life. conflict is awesome. i guess i became like president bush. he never saw a war he didn't like.
