TEAM Ocean (Teens Excited About Marinelife) volunteers participate in an oyster shell bagging at Florida Oceanographic. These bagged shells will be used to create a restored oyster reef, which will provide habitat for 300 species of life, help stabilize shorelines, and will help filter the water (one adult oyster can filter up to 50 gallons of water a day).
