The two main loopholes the predatory globalists have been using to overthrow both state and national sovereignty are TREATIES and "interstate commerce" which is used for example to rob the state of its jurisdiction because someone was stabbed in a restaurant where the olives on the salad bar were shipped in from out of state.
Robert Pastor designed the SPP and the NACC before they existed. Now he calls for a NAU "TRADE COURT," which will nullify via subordination ALL constitutional liberties.
