Having grown up in a family that grew their own food, and having completed a brand new degree program at Cornell Engineering School where she studied the science of farming and fishing systems, Mygrant came to appreciate how individual environmental actions could produce impacts even on the global level.

    Wizard: True... 'factory' farming is not sustainable the way most do it. Fruits and veggies are fantastic for the body! But eating meat is less harmful than you claim. Animals have the ability to process grasses, shrubs, roots, and many other natural fibers that humans simply can not. They also contribute to biological and systematic enrichment of soils and other plant life:)

    Factory Farming and eating meat is not sustainable in the least bit. Fresh fruits and veggies is what is best for the human body.
