I'm trying to learn how to hulahoop better. Do you have any tips on how you droped the hula hoop way down low and brought it back up? and what you did at 0:20 ? please reply!! :3

@SavannahHeartsBVB The easiest way to do that trick is to spin as fast as you can the first time you are learning to pull it up. It makes you and the hoop spin at the same speed making it easier to pull it up. Lay the back of your hand, palm side OUT, on your lower back. Open your hand and when the hoop goes over it practice closing your hand. When you are ready, start spinning, close your hand and grab it and try lifting it up.
