  • great new designs this year, i've got Tuff choices to make if the msrp->ebay->Netherlands route is a steal again. The mini already has the right size handle, really really lite and concealable in the palm of my hand. Taiwan's on a roll, like Seki2.

I eazed the m.o.a. locks so it's a more fun toy. By sanding the hook it unlocks faster and by shortening the coilspring it has less tension, but enough for my mini. And it's uk-legal in a snap; tighten pivot, unscrew lock- voila, a friction folder!

  • @SHRINKBEADS101 all of the modifications you are discussing will void the warranty and be potentially dangerous. I don't recommend them

  • Excellent as always CS. Oh, and as for the comment person, i dont know if you remember me from earlier but i told you i was going to test out the AUS8 i was kinda ragging on :p Well i put the counter point 2 against the Ontario RAT1 and you're Aus8 completely dominated the RATS. Yours was still slicing paper like nothing after electrical cord, ALOT of cardboard, and nylon strapping. You guys, AND you're AUS8A rock!

  • @RENOGUY777 thanks for your feedback RENOGUY. Not all "8A" is the same ;)

  • Lynn I've a fan of Cold Steel for 20+ years and own many of your items! Thank you for a kick ass high quality product!!!!!!!!!

  • @ibesteadymobbin92 Cool, yeah I hear ya. Wouldn't mind seeing that myself. Only CS knife I have is the Roach Belly, and as far as game processing is concerned (my main use of knives), I'd rank it with any knife in the world at any price point, made from any steel.

  • as tempting as it may be, im not using that as a shaving razor XD although im very tempted to get one. don't see it fitting with my current tac collection though XD

  • I have the outdoorsman lite. I love it. I have one complaint/idea I wish the fixed blade lite series came with a secure ex sheath.

  • imagine that tip in a self defense situation

  • @csknives That axe is marvelous

  • @csknives I will do that :D

  • @abcd09618 thanks :) Check out the new Viking Axe in our 2012 line up. I think you might like it
