  • kardomah in kings cross in the late 80s - loved this band

  • Very expressive lyrics, cute guys, too :)

  • @Dubiousjohnny loved a beer at the old Thomastown Hotel Johnny ;)

  • Loved it! Was (and still am) a big Wreckery fan...attended heaps of their gigs back in the day and have a number of their tracks on my iPod. Was wondering if a video for 'Medicine Hound' exists?...(one of my fav Wreckery songs). Can't believe how young Hugo et al look in the vid - also how coolly contemporary they dressed despite the clip being almost 24 years old!! Puts those trashy, brain-dead, label-obsessed, conservative, top-40 shit-music-loving Gen Y/Z sheep to shame!

  • going to see them sept with peter hook, never heard of wreckery but sound ok

  • I am looking for CROOKED TREE by The Wreckery, the song was released on Yea My People

  • Hi, I came looking for Laying Down Law.

  • ....if there are bands that have demonstrated utter hate of each other and hypocrisy; two of them would have to be any variation of Hugo's bands or Nick Cave's bad seeds. Supercilious toffs from the bowels of the bourgeosie suburbs. Come to Thomastown or Broadmeadows for a beer party, show us how tough you are in lieu of hiding in Berlin.

  • Awesome - such a GREAT but overlooked band... last two albums are BRILLIANT - IMHO heaps better than anything Nick Cave ever released.
