Stunning. Absolutely beautiful listening experience. That any human being could conceive of such extraordinary music, then compose and perform it, is almost beyond comprehension. JS Bach was other-worldly.

Quel panard !

Saludos.

That's a very apt description of the ending, PTC483. I would add "and then coming in for a nice landing." I've heard a few crashes is my day (and made one or two of my own) getting to the end of this piece. Whenever I don't know what to do I always refer to the wonderful recordings of Marie-Claire Alain. Her taste is unquestionalble.

Wow! All that energy! Best performance I've heard of this wonderful warhorse, including recordings I have by E. Power Biggs and Finn Videro.
One of the best performances of Bach's Toccata in F, an other one being Michel Chapuis' interpretation at the Schnitger in the Grote Kerk in Zwolle from 1968. Wonderful photos, thanks for posting.
