Man it took a looong time for this to show up on tube. THis is from the Primus EP Rhinoplasty. Even better is their cover of Amos Moses on that CD.

I belive it was made by Mike Johnston, who also worked on James and the Giant Peach.

Primus' other clips have been made by Les Claypool Singer/bassist who also made the intro for Robot Chicken
