@RIZZKHALIFAH02 First I started off a little bit each day, then increased the number of calisthenic reps gradually. It took me years to build up to where I am at today, but you can do it as long as you workout carefully, and watch what your nutrition which is also very important.Proper technique is most important. It's better to do 10 proper push-ups and 50 bad ones.

@rikoshcet All of my workouts consists of calisthenics. I believe calisthenics are the best in the combination of the building of muscle, as well as "muscle flexibility". Not that I can't lift weights because, that's never been difficult for me, but calisthenics are best for muscle control and ultimately, are less stressful to your joints.
