The Waltzer is enclosed in a stadium setting which is heavily equiped with discotheque fittings - ie strobes, lasers, fog machines and dance music played in stereo around the stadium adding to the sensation of "tripping". The Walter in this vid appears to be a "modern" design - hence the allu. platform, evenly spaced "dips" and the cars seem to be on a single pivot axle wheere as traditional ones are fixed to the track via an axle and two wheels.
Primarily the Waltzer is the same as the American TAW BUT there are key differences which make the Waltzer a far more turbulent high speed ride. The TAW 'S rises and falls on the platform are even numbered and symetrical - generally Waltzers' rises / falls are steeper usually with a flatter section of track which maintains the spinning of the cars. The TAW platfrom also revolves a little slower and there are no walkers who surf the track ensuring that each cars spin at max.
@suzanneB2010 This is Stanworth's Waltzer.

The first waltzer, completed in 1933, was built for English showman Charles Thurston.[1]

The American TAW is alot of fun but compared to the Waltzer - quite tame. The Waltzer is the Big Daddy of flat rides !!!
