This horse has false soles all you need to do is get medicinal boots and put Epsom salt solution in them change the Epsom salt water once a day for 2 days then take a hoof knife and scrape the soles. the sole will have a build up of old sole about 3/16" thick probably. Some horses don't shed their sole. The Epsom salt will soften them up so you can scrap them + it will help her frogs.you should be able to ride her that day.( fasttimes5@yahoo.com )
Yes you sould seek professional help. But someone (qualified!!!! with experiance ) to work with and help you. This is not somthing you can learn from a video. Trust me...been there done that...
The bars definately need to go. Who is your var foot blacksmith....Heels are way to high, Heels are also contracted. also you should throw water around her water bucket,,,She is to dry, Look up Pete Ramey videos.
If the bulging is sole distortion due to the laminitic state and not false sole, you might try a trim cycle with equicasting... I've been able to get great concavity with that and stop the vicious cycle of distortion...
Looks like extreme bar build-up ('false sole) is contributing to the illusion of flatness and possibly discomfort... you might try popping that excess out.
You could also trim those folding-over frog flaps to open up the commisures to a clean v looking from the back.
You can bevel the heels/flares a little more to encourage her heels to stand up instead of spreading out...

No two horses are alike.
We are far from a perfect world.
Those hooves on a scale from 1 to 10 ....."10 " being Ideal.
IMO....there a "9" for this horse.
You may rasp the heals down a tad until you expose more corn of heel.
Angle guage the fronts at 50 degree and rear at 55 degree.
I sense a lot of worry and anxiety in your speech. Chill.
Ride or work your horse often. It is the only way to keep them healthy and functional.
She will sour and fake lameness to be left alone.

Bars flaring force the heel quarters to flare regardless of how much you roll there...
(Just adding notes as I watch the video)
