@thomasg74 ..yeah, Hersh has been on the Times for years...long after it was probably won over by Operation Mockingbird. They work as a gauge for public sentiment and then they probably analyze public reaction to their "pieces" . It absorbs public outrage and they play "anti-establishment" Hersh was saying Cheney had a hit team...if Cheney did, he'd be killed....so Hersh isnt, but people like Gary Webb, who break real stories, are "suicided". Real investigators like James Hatfield were killed.

@SuperOmnicron ,possibly the best assessment of Chomsky i have seen in a while.I have been highly sceptical of both him and Seymour Hersh,both supposed leftists and advocates of peace,yet the two most strident anti - Kennedy mouthpieces there are,how does there anti Kennedy stance fit in with there publicised viewpoints,JFK was the most peace minded president ,possibly ever,i smell a rat when it comes to them both,Hersh's source for his fiction "the dark side of Camelot" was a CIA operative.

@2:43 Chomsky is a gate keeper. gatekeeper. He plays the role of muckraker and champion of injustice, while all the time carrying water for the very power structures that he claims to rail against. He's at MIT, which is another branch of Tavistock Institute. He contains the limits of that exposure within certain 'acceptable' corridors of public "outrage", then is a no-show for Truth Movements.
