A better answer is just say ur weakness, admit, and provide a remedy! I can imagine this girl saying her coworker said she is insensitive, she admitted it and try to be more sensitive(provide a BS concrete example here!) Like, "so I started ask people about what's their OPINION and FEELINGS!" I think it's okay to be human~ A candidate that sounds too good to be true prlly aren't a good candidates~ WUT DO U GUYS THINK? MAYBE I'M DEAD WRONG!
