I WELDED A NUT AT THE END OF THE AXLE AND SCREWED THE WHEEL DIRECTLY ON IT, IT IS SURPRISINGLY STEADY!

Hi, youtake an axle about an inch thick with thickness 1/4 inch then weld two nuts on the ends, then CNC two steel plates with holes and weld them to the back fork, the holes have to have the diameter of the ball bearing you're going to use.

Slide the cog for the bike chain in the axle and then the axle with the bearings through the holes of the plate, then weld small plates either side so the bearings dont slide off and also weld the bearings to the axle, put the chain on and you're in business! Just remember to use a race-bike style chain tightener cause you can't pull the axle back or forth. Enloy! I will make an explanatory video soon...

@HarisTsaga Ναι αλλα ετσι οταν γυρνανε οι ροδες πισω, θα γυρνανε και τα πεταλια αμα κολλησεις το γραναζι πανω στον αξονα. Και δεν μπορω να κανω και της δυο ροδες σταθερες;

@panosdrifting Γεια σου Πάνο, βάζεις άξονα πίσω με γρανάζι από ρόδα ποδηλάτου κολλημένο, τον στηρίζεις σε αυτές τις πλάκες που έκοψα σε laser και τον πέρασα μέσα από μεταλλικά ρουλεμαν, οι ρόδες στις άκρες με παξιμάδι κολλημένο στον άξονα (η μία σταθερή και η άλλη να γυρνάει ελεύθερα)
