Don't feel too bad, your buddy's jumpstarter is probably dead by now. I have the exact same model and it's basically a heavy ass paperweight without the cord, which I lost last year. I think it still has one light left on the indicator (not enough to jump anything off though).

Yeah, but it only cost him 6 to 8 bucks. If he doesn't want the radios, give 'em to someone. Or even sell 'em; could give the buyer a sweet deal, and still turn an easy profit.
