Can't read Japanese, so I ran this through a translator and took out whatever I could get.

The song is from Vol.11 of the Lucky Star character song album set. The instrument is the SC-8850, the composer(?) is Domino. The sound is 192 kbpsCBR (the original video from Nico Nico). @zedyll It actually is~ I got a vocal only track of the song and played it with this offvocal version, and it lines up quite nicely without having to shift anything at all.

No idea where to find it. According to one of the related videos, the sequencer is SC-8850 from Roland Co.
