  • Pretty custom job to have TWO bmw irs's (you said it twice). And over 460 hp from that mill in street trim is probably spreading the jelly a little thick, but hey, first projects are always motivated by dreams anyway. Just don't think that throwing money into a parts-bin will result in a SmartCar shredder. But if nothing else at least you're helping the economy.

  • @20alphabet Before you open your mouth with such critical remarks, Understand this, I have been building cars for the last 30 + years of this caliber. The Ford Racing Boss 347 Crate motor is rated at 450HP out of the box and with AFR heads, dyno results are in the 470 range. So my jelly is just fine. The frame, Suspension, Brakes and weight distribution are CAD designed, so yes, it will be able to handle the horsepower and torque very well.

  • @20alphabet Last thought is. The cash I've thrown into this car is for only quality components, parts that I myself can not manufacture, the rest of this project is completely hand built by yours truly. P.S. I'm guessing that you have never considered building a project car yourself. By the way, installing a cold air intake system that you just bought off E-Bay for your Honda Civic is not considered a Custom Car!
