there should be a perk where the enemy can't see the killcam if your camping and your going for a nuke the ememy will get mad and want to end it so they will see the killcam and find you from where you were camp i think the perk should be called Stalker !!

Although, yes he is moving around, he is camping. He barely moves. Patrolling and camping are different, but this is camping. If he watches the stairs and the window only, and not guarding anything else, then he is camping.

Think about it, if you only move like 2 feet, what exactly are you patrolling?

That being said, there is nothing wrong with camping, as long as you dont repeatedly do it (For example, I kill you while you were camping and two seconds later you are at the same spot)
