In the original Molten Core raid where you first fought Ragnaros at lvl.60, he would scream that he was 'SUMMONED TOO SOON!' and is not at full strength. It was done in an extremely loud and dramatic way that everyone found funny. It became a meme, and an extremely overused one.
I felt it's become so goofy that it wouldn't be used again for the same character. Guess not...
