That day I was standing at my home backyard & found the farmers are preparing their land for the upcoming BORO season, that made me pretty interested & I went close to them. I found both female & male farmers are working together, removing weed, plowing, burning the weed & gossiping. After all they were enjoying their stuff. We can say a good working environment & self motivated employees who have their job satisfaction for what we the so called corporate people are looking for.!!
