@BigHeartedMan65 thank you! I don't like pits either! They need to man up and march. And there are companies that make marching bells, xylos, and marimbas today. And you could get someone to mount a cowbell,cymbal, etc stand on the side. I have a mount on the bells I MARCH in marching band. And Ludwig still makes the machine series timpani they used as marching timpani, so they easily go back to this. LOSE THE PITS.

WOW , Just ONE MALLET PLAYER and not a WHOLE FLIP'IN PIT OF THEM and I HEAR him FINE and NO SOUND SYSTEM .... I Wonder WHY it takes 8 Mallet Players these days to do what just one did 30 years ago ? SISSY come to mind ? LOL.. LOL.. LOSE THE PITS .....
