No, it describes what Romney did through Bane, which was, he took over companies, borrowed money through the company equal to the companies assets, paid himself and his buddies enough to bankrupt the company, then sold off the assets, moved the business out of America and put what was left of the company in America to close losing American jobs and hurting the American Economy while loading his own pockets.

Changing or comparing Topics isn't really a form of Politic Discourse on any issue because you aren't talking about an issue. It is just a bowl of Topic Soup or is a Rabbit trail of topics. If you are trying to avoid talking about a topic, like Romney and his crooked ways of doing business, I supposed you could bring up a bunch of different topics to try to redirect the conversation, but that still wouldn't make it Political Discourse on a given Topic. It would just make you Karl Rove.

That businesses failed like lots of start up businesses fail. Of businesses that failed born of Stimulus money, there are a very small percentage, not to mention Republicans in the House and Senate, funded by Oil & Coal Lobbyist, blocked a bunch of Legislation and Presidential Appointments that would have helped Small Businesses especially Green Energy business. The other point, the premise of your point isn't a point or a counter point when it comes to what Romney's history is.

I think Romney’s vulture capitalism come November more people will realize that buying companies, raiding their pension funds, and offshoring their operations is not a good background from a head of state.
