This look is based on the make-up style of Kate Moss. Cathyanne MacAllister has been Kate Moss' make-up artist for photo shoots and fashion shows. She is one of the most famous make-up artists today, Cathyanne MacAllister is at the heart of modern trendsetting for make-up styles. One of her best qualities is her wide range of make-up styles. She is able to create make-up looks for haute couture fashion shows as well as make-up looks that work for women everyday. Many of her looks for RelookTV are make-up looks that were used in fashion shows that have been toned down to wear on the street.
This look is divided up into four phases. Each phase is based on the different times of the day. The first phase starts off from a good foundation and then finishes as a good day make-up style for work or daytime look. The second phase of this make-up starts off where the first phase ended and becomes an after work look. The third phase of this look starts where phase two ended and is layered into a good going out to dinner look. Finally, the fourth phase of the Kate Moss Look is a glamorous clubbing look.
This look begins from a good foundation make-up. A quick synopsis of this look - * Brows: groomed * Eyes: Taupe powder, highlight sheer cream * Lashes: Black Mascara * Blush: none * Contour: Taupe color * Lips: Clear Gloss

The first phase is very simple and what is needed for this phase is: * Taupe / camel color or other neutral color eyeshadow * Black mascara * Cream or powder shimmer for highlights * Clear lip gloss * Neutral color cream blush * Eyebrow gel (optional) * Neutral powder (free powder)

Optional Tools: * Soft round medium sized brush * Soft round large blush brush * Eyebrow brush

ABOUT RELOOK BEAUTY SERIES
True beauty without the Photoshop. Produced and shot entirely in Paris, the Relook Beauty Series is a video collection of beauty looks for make-up and hair styling. The concept behind this series is to seek out the beauty talent responsible for creating the stunning beauty looks for the top fashion shows and ad campaigns (i.e. Chanel, Hermes, Versace, L'Oreal). All year round, these make-up artists are creating the imagery for the content and covers of magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle and L'Officiel. After an extensive casting process of make-up artists and hair stylists working in Paris, we selected the first Relook Beauty Team. We worked with these hair stylists and make-up artists, to create stylish and fashionable looks that can be recreated at home by anyone with just a little time and practice. Many of the looks are the very same or toned down versions of the looks created for major fashion shows in Paris.

  • putting on the lip gloss with your finger is unsanitary and gross.

  • You know what it was regarding the lip gloss part...using a finger on someone else's mouth just seems so personal. I'd rather use a brush. I cringed!

  • summary: find a girl that looks somewhat like Kate Moss, do her makeup just as you wish, call it ''Kate Moss look''

  • I love watching her! she does not talk too much. and besides, it is good to see someone who works at such a professional level. Even though she does 4 looks on the same model, by the 4th look, it does not look like the model is wearing loads of make up. Very natural and beautiful
