The old dry chemical Ansul resturant systems (R-101) are fun when they discharge. Even more fun when the powder hits the hot cooking grease and turns into foam. who'd guess that 30 pounds of powder could fill an entire restaurant?

Sorry it took so long to reply. I don't have any more footage -- this was a test for the US Coast Guard.
