I told Ryan I'd make a dunking video, this is just a demo of what I'll put out later this summer with a real ball.

Pretty nice. It's a hell of a lot easier if you jump off one foot. You have to get used to it but you can jump a lot higher....... Nice 25 free throws without a rebounder too.

ya, i need to work on that. I can jump off my right foot ok but feels so weird jumping off left. how do u get used to it? just jump over and over?

Yeah. Just jump over and over. I use to jump off two feet and one just felt weird but about a month later, it's the opposite.
