Complicated and complex copyright issues and other legalities prevent a lot of the animated cartoons that were based on live action programming from re-airing with any kind of frequency and that's why so many people who weren't alive in the '70s or '80s have no memory of these cartoons. Nobody said cartoons had to be the second coming of Shakespeare or angst-ridden to be entertaining.

Later in the 80s you started getting things like he man and Gi joe

Lol agreed this was the pits of american cartoons

Between this hour anthology and the Fonz & The Happy Days Gang, they had 71 episodes between the three shows. I wonder why they didn't retitle the show to 'The Mork & MIndy Laverne & Shirley Fonz & The Happy Days Gang' Show and put it into weekday syndication in the 80's/early 90's.

Wow! Loved this as a kid. Thanks for posting!

@jmb2nami But they were in two episodes of the live action series, in Season 5. That's how they got Vicki Lawrence to appear on that show. (Unfortunately for these cartoons and the previous one, Laverne & Shirley in the Army they replace Lawrence's character of Plout with a pig.)
