http://www.overcome-binge-eating.com/ Before you worry about having a perfect nutrition plan or exercise routine.... you need to make peace with food! Its all about baby steps and building habits that will last a lifetime.

Have a question but don't want a video made? You can ask me here:

  • >> so far, it's been over a year where I've been in the wrong state of mind towards food, and even more recently (since about December), I've been having binges again. It's such a horrible cycle, and I just NEED to stay in that 'healthy' period, but for some reason it's so hard to get back there :(

  • @bodykiss Think back to when it 'clicked' for you... what was different? And what changed when you went backwards? Knowing yourself and your triggers can help you understand 'why' and empower you to make the changes that you need.

  • Awesome video. A lot of this is helpful for me.

  • very true progress not perfection.

    thank you stefanie.

  • I go long periods with normal eating. My longest has been a time period of a whole year, where I was not obsessing about food, bingeing, overeating (only sometimes, as normal people too, say if they're out at a restuarant). One day something just 'clicked' and I started eating properly. Then, something will trigger me off again into a cycle of overeating/binge-eating, such as a holiday or Christmas/New Year period. Then I'll be back in that abusive food relationship for a long time again.
