@Loziemoo89 You can record directly into WavePad. If you select "New File" and then navigate to "Record a new file" you can create whatever you would like.

@TheSpecialcrafter There is a button at the top of the menu that addresses speed. If you highlight the section that is too slow you should be able to adjust the speed of that section using the speed button at the top.

I think you're referring to pitch correction...which can be done if you download a plugin. The effects chapter of the program help (press F1 from WavePad) explains DirectX and VST plugins and where you can get them.
