@crombet01 there are uses for almost all methods at the right time for the right person,thats what he means.Bodybuilding methods are functional if you want to add mass to an athlete but you wouldnt do it all year long for every athlete,theres an example.Proprioception doesnt need to be trained outside sports drills and free weight training,same with spatial awareness.You can develope strength without any fancy ass balance drills,they arent sport specific anyway.
