  • Thanks for such a great recepy!!!! I love the freezing and storing idea.

  • @ruiz1707 You're welcome. I am glad you like the Armenian sausage recipe. I usually have it in my freezer. I just take it out, cook it and serve with rice pilaf. Enjoy!

  • It doesn't get better than SOUJOUK!!!!!! Take it from an Armenian MAN. My grandmother has been making this for many years and no sausage can compare. p.s And fuck the turks cause they stole our land and our recipes.

  • omg...im sooooooooo sick and tired of allllllllllll these f**ked up gipsy turks commenting everyyyyyywhere and telling everything in the world is turkish!!!! SHUT UP U F***RS!!!!! THERE IS NOTHING turkish!!!!!! It's a mixx of armenian, greek, arabic, assyrian, so SHUT UP YOU GIPSIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sadly and very truly If you remove religion from people you remove all the differences they have. The Greek sutsukakia, well, just look at the word Itself, It's not a Greek word at all. These are made with garlic and cumin salt n pepper, shaped like a bloated breakfast link, water coated, rolled In flour and pan fried. Past this a red sauce Is made and the mini's tossed In. We serve these with french fries but thrown Into the meat and sauce. Ready to drool?Definitely mouth watering!
