Gurunam Singh and Ramdesh Kaur guide you through the Spirit Voyage 40 Day Global Sadhana: Honoring the Divine Feminine. Do a 3 minute pranayam to honor Mother Earth and 11 recitations of Bhand Jamee-ai, which take about 7.5 minutes. Commit to a 40 day practice of just 15 minutes a day and watch yourself be transformed! http://www.spiritvoyage.com/globalsadhana/honoringthedivinefeminine

  • @ jackmikebest, if you go on the Spirit Voyage website and go to the music albums to listen to a clip of the musical version of the song, it is a bit slower and much more melodic, might work for you, it still has the mantra

@ Gurunam Singh, what is it that you're doing after the ong namo gurudev? so i can follow along, please

  • @dyhanaverse He's saying "Aad guray nameh, jugaad guray nameh, sat guray nameh, siri guru devay nameh." It is a mantra for protection and to establish sacred space.

  • No disrespect, I was so looking forward to this Sadhana--I participated in the 40 day Sadhana to usher in the Age of Aquarius and loved it--never missed a day and felt wonderful every day--it was my first Sadhana ever. But Gurunam Singh goes way too fast and lacks a melodic quality.

  • @jackmikebest Maybe it will grow on you! Once you get used to the mantra, it doesn't feel fast anymore. Blessings to you!

  • Bhand jammee-ai Bhand nimmee-ai Bhand mangad vee-aahu. Bhandahu hovai dostee Bhandahu chalai raahu. Bhand mu-aa Bhand bhaalee-ai Bhand hovai banDhaan. So ki-o mandaa aakhee-ai jit jameh raajann. Bhandahu hee Bhand oopjai Bhandai baajh na ko-ay. Naanak bhandai baahraa ayko sachaa so-ay. Jit mukh sadaa salaahee-ai bhaagaa ratee chaar. Naanak tay mukh oojlay tit sachai darbaar.
  • @Lunaeanima There is one mistake here. The first line is Bhand Jammee-ai Bhand nimmee-ai Bhadn mangaN vee-ahu. (NOT mangad). Blessings!

    Sat nam

  • Sat nam. This has been such a beautiful 40 day sadhana, I have participated in a few now thru SV and this one in particular- as a mother, partnered woman, social worker who mentors two lovely grad school women has enabled me to self assess further. I am grateful for the benefits received. Sat nam

  • I have to agree with you Ninny, I love it too!!! It rocks, I am starting to really get into the rythem now.

  • @jackmikebest Yes, same feeling and same experience.

  • I really really LOVE the energy in this one! Yes, it is tricky at first, but what a wonderful exercise in not judging yourself and allowing yourself to really go through the process that a 40-day Sadhana facilitates! Thank you! Sat Nam!
