Love the series! As a girl I completely relate. Usually when I read manga/ anime or comics recommended by guys, the female lead role characters are written for men, overly sexual with little to no personality. Even though Empowered is totally hot and half naked, for men to enjoy, the writing def has the female audience in mind. If you want to get your girl into manga/ anime, or if you are a girl, this is def worth buying!

Very valid point, female protagonist and female supporting cast where they are not shown as brainless bimbos, I really enjoyed the comic for that and the interesting plot twists. Glad you liked the comic, please subscribe and of course offer any suggestions for any other comics or manga I should review, i read several "girls" manga, such as Ouran Highschool Host Club and I've read dramacon, but I'll try just about anything.

If Gin Tama is in anime form, then I havent watched it yet, I have the manga but not the anime as for Bleach, sure, I love the manga, the anime is pretty good too. Thanks for your suggestions.

From what I read, it looks like an excuse for sweaty palmed comic geeks to get their jollies off of Emp in bondage (the ripped costume is just an excuse to show skin). I'll still pick it up as a brainless exploitation thing, though. I guess it doesn't have to be Watchmen or Berserk to be entertaining.
