@FPSBass Nope. I found a really small part that says it fires out 37mW ...;..... Means that the 5mW mark JUST means that you can get it 2 US n Australia .

Not the green light made the baloon pop, but the infrared light (99.96% is invisible to naked eye and it's purple on camera and red in reality) That said, this is incredibly dangerous.

i have a 5mw blue laser and its the same make and every thin as ures just blue i havent tried on a balloon but i can feel some heat
