Sr. Demand Planner - Minneapolis, MN

Job Description Title: Sr. Demand Planner

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Position Description:

- Develop and maintain an 18-month unit forecast at the SKU level and drive the entire forecast process for the Target business;
- Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying and recommending solutions to potential supply chain issues;
- Develop models to forecast new products;
- Lead monthly forecast review meetings with executives;
- Participate in the financial budgeting process;
- Participate in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings;
- Advise sales, marketing and finance of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.

Background Required:

- Highly energetic individuals with 3-6 years of experience that includes supply chain planning, forecasting / demand planning, merchandise planning, replenishment planning or business analysis.
- Experience with high-volume Retail / CPG supply chains;
- Effective use of MS Excel, Target's Partners Online and forecasting applications like Logility, Manugistics, i2, SAP APO, Demantra, etc.;
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Proven track record of success in similar role.

Compensation Plan:

- $65-75K + 10% bonus;
- Full benefit package including medical, dental, disability and 401(k).
