It is not necessary for "formal dedicated meditation" time but to
practice an ongoing and continuous meditation of being mindful of J's
loving prescence in your daily life.
So when upset happens, we recognize the quiet presence of forgiveness
and love of the Holy Spirit in our mind and bring all the upset and
pain to it and choose to "see peace" instead of this.
